Where do you source your pet food ingredients?

We source all our meats, vegetables, and grains from trusted, local farms in North America. We never use by-products from unknown origins, and our facilities are strictly inspected for safety.

How do I measure my dog for a harness?

Wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your dog's chest, right behind the front legs. Leave about two fingers of space for comfort. Check our sizing chart on the product page for the perfect fit!

Are your chew toys indestructible?

While no toy is truly 100% indestructible against a determined heavy chewer, our Tough Chew line is made from medical-grade, non-toxic rubber designed to withstand extremely aggressive chewing for a very long time.
